This is why all new clients get a FREE first session and free fitness assessment.

But the basis remains the same. You need to understand what it takes to reach your fitness goals and learn the best path you can take to get there. Maybe that’s getting a better grip on your nutrition, or sticking to a more consistent routine.
We all don’t have the same path forward and that’s why a personal trainer is helps so much – it’s truly personalized to you.
What you can Expect on Your First Session
Body Composition Testing
In order to get to your goal, you have to know where you’re starting.
Using our Inbody Scale we’ll get measurements of your metabolism, body fat, and muscle mass.
It keeps track of all previous scores so that we can guarantee progress.
Nutrition Evaluations
Nutrition is one of the most important aspects when it comes to reaching your goal.
It’s commonly said: “You can’t out-train a bad diet.”
So during our assessment, we will go over your current eating habits and incorporate changes into your customized plan. The changes we make will be tailored to your situation so that you get actual results.
Movement Assessment
No two bodies are built the same.
During the movement assessment, we will take you through 7 dynamic tests that help us find the right exercises for you.
Going to the gym without knowing what exercises to do and how to do them will prevent you from reaching your goal.
Exercising without guidance is dangerous, and if you’re injured you can’t train.
When we put exercises, that work for you, in your custom program you’ll see & feel your body change. Your body will feel better than ever.
Goal Mapping
At the end of your free fitness assessment expect us to go over your goals, obstacles, and create a tailored plan that gets you started on your journey.
You’ll be able to ask any questions or address any concerns.
Plans are not rigid. We understand that everyone’s life has different obstacles. It’s just a fact of life. Our trainers have all been through it and we can work through it with you too.
